What is here, and who owns it

The music, videos, photographs, artwork, text and design on this site belong to Jastin Martin, to Orbit Artist Group, or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to look, listen, and share links. You may not copy, re-upload, sell, or use any of it in your own work without written permission.

What you write in the journal

What you write stays yours. You are not signing it over by submitting it.

You give us permission to store your entry and to read it. That is the extent of it. We will not publish your entry, quote it, or put your name to it anywhere without asking you first.

Please only submit writing that is your own, and please do not include anything unlawful, abusive, or private about someone else. We may remove an entry that does.

Fair use of the site

Do not try to break the site, get into parts of it that are not public, scrape it automatically, or use it to send anyone anything harmful. Do not pretend to be Jastin Martin, her team, or anyone else.

Links out

Streaming links, video links and ticket links lead to services we do not run and cannot control. We are not responsible for what happens on them, and including a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. Release dates move, links break, and pages go down. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site.

Privacy

How we handle what you type is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
